Problem:
User has installed Batch Report Server V2.0 and we converted his WSPBATCH.MDB file and now when he runs the Batch Report Server V2.0 he gets an error - "Unmonitored error 3265, Item not found in collection, trace point 7410."
It appears that the user is using an old version of the WSPINDEX.MDB report archive catalog database. The new Batch Report Server V2.0 WSPINDEX.MDB file has a new field named: Spool_ExtTextDesc. Since this field does not exist, the Batch Report Server is failing when adding a record to the WSPINDEX.MDB file.

Solution:
The old WSPINDEX.MDB file needs to be updated to the new format which is shipped with the Batch Report Server V2.0.
