Problem:

This error can occur if you're trying to download AFP/IPDS reports with the Host Print Transform option turned on for converting AFP/IPDS reports and the output format for the output queue is TIF or PDF.

Solution:

The resolution is to turn off the "Scan Headers" setting in the output queue entry on the "Edit Output Queue List" screen when downloading AFP/IPDS reports to TIF or PDF formats. You can also download the Batch Report Server EXE V2.0.17 and above to receive the soft fix for the problem.
