Problem:
Unmonitored error 52 Bad file name or number Trace point: 4400.

Solution:
The WinSpool/400 Electronic Forms Print Server is unable to access the Destination Directory Path.
Go into the "Edit Form Print Output Directory List" and check the "Destination Directroy Path" and see you you are able to browse to the directory that is being specified.
