Problem:
User is getting an error similar to the following after installing the Batch Report Server and MS Exchange Report Server software:

Solution:
On the Batch Report Server "File Settings" screen, enable the "Enable Send to MS Exchange Report Server" setting. Then exit and restart the Batch Report Server program so it loads the MS Exchange Report Server.
