Problem:
Customer was getting an error "Unrecognized Recipient" when trying to email using Microsoft Outlook 2000 with WinSpool/400 Email Report Server. They were using there personal address book to manage all their group email recipients. The WinSpool/400 Email Report Server was failing even though the group was set up in the personal address book. If we were to browse "other names" and select the group out of the personal address book

Solution:
In Microsoft Outlook 2000 if you goto "Tools/Services" this is how the Addressing tab should look
