Problem:
Unspecified Failure Sending Email with Email Report Server and MS Exchange
This particular problem was caused because the user was logged into Windows NT as the Administrator and the Administrator was not set up for using the MS Exchange Client software.

Solution:
Log in to the Windows NT PC as a regular user who is configured to use the MS Exchange client software and then start the Email Report Server. This should hopefully resolve the problem.
