Uploading a Document to RJS WebDocs Support Site

The RJS Technical Support File Upload/Download Site can be reached via the following URL:

Once logged into the RJS Software Systems WebDocs Support Site, do the following to upload a file:

Click the Public Documents Folder in the Left Window Pane.

Click the Upload Button in the Right Window Pane.

Select RJS Customer Upload for the Document Type.

Select the Document File to upload from your local PC.

Enter a document description in the Document Title Field.

Enter your customer information in the following fields:

Company Name - Your company

Contact Name - Your name

Contact phone - Your phone number

Contact email- Your email address

Reason for upload - A quick description of the upload file.

Uploaded for - Enter a name for the person who should receive the uploaded file.

After the file has been uploaded, RJS Technical Support will be notified and will respond.
