WinSpool/400 Electronic Forms can be used on a V3R2 AS/400 system if the following steps are used:

1.) Download the library and install from the following web link: http://www.rjssoft.com/FILES/winspv32.exe

2.) Create the security checking data area for WinSpool/400 Electronic Forms using the following command: 

CRTDTAARA DTAARA(WINSPOOL/WSPEFORM) TYPE(*CHAR) LEN(50)
