Using WinSpool Electronic Forms with WinSpool Fax Report Server

In order to use the WinSpool/400 Electronic Forms software with the WinSpool/400 Fax Report Server the following steps must be completed:
1.) Download and install the WinSpool/400 Fax Report Server Install (V1.0.5 or above) from the RJS Web Site. http://www.rjssoft.com/FILES/rjsfax32.exe
2.) Install WinFax 10 software on PC from RJS CD or download WinFax 10 and install from Symantec web site: http://www.symantec.com
3.) Start the Fax Report Server and enable the following settings on the "File/Setting/Reform" tab: - Enable Reform Report Conversion - Enable Amyuni PDF Writer Support
4.) Make sure all forms created with the Form Designer are set to print to the "PDF Compatible Printer Driver". If you don't have this printer driver, install the Amyuni PDF Converter from the "AMYUNI" directory on the RJS CD or from the Amyuni web site: http://www.amyuni.com. You can also use the "Acrobat PDFWriter" if you have the full version of Adobe Acrobat installed on your PC.
- Note: Using the Adobe "Acrobat PDFWriter" is recommended. Fax Report Server supports Acrobat 4.0 and 5.0. You must purchase either Adobe Acrobat (http://www.adobe.com) or the Amyuni PDF Converter (http://www.amyuni.com) from the respective vendors.
5.) Create a new output queue entry in Fax Report Server for handling electronic forms. For the Output Queue Description, enter the following word in capital letters: EFORMS. By specifying EFORMS for the output queue description, you are telling the Fax Report Server that the output queue will be used to process electronic forms. If EFORMS is not specified for the output queue description, only text reports will get processed through the selected queue.
6.) When text reports and electronic formss are faxed with the WSPFAXRPTcommand, the appropriate output queue can be selected for faxing text reports or electronic forms.
7.) When the Fax Report Server downloads a report, it will associate the Electronic Form with a selected report based on the spool file name. The appropriate form will be merged into a PDF document and faxed to the selected recipient.
