Using the ADDRINFO; parameter to set the MAILTO: email address for mailing reports, but the setting does not seem to work and reports don't mail

Problem:

Customer just started setting the MAILTO info in the user defined data field for automatically emailing reports via the WinSpool Email Report Server, however the reports are not mailing. They just stay in the output queue. They are using the ADDRINFO parameter in the user defined data field.

Solution:

When upgrading from an older version of the WINSPOOL library to a new version, the setting for the QUSRSPLA data area gets carried over and is probably set to 724. The setting can be updated using the following command:

Displaying current value in QUSRSPLA data are DSPDTAARA DTAARA(WINSPOOL/QUSRSPLA)

Setting New Value in QUSRSPLA data area WINSPOOL/WSPLOS2 LISTLEN(1411)

After making this change, the embedded email address info should work just fine.
