This error can possibly occur if the user is trying to run WinSpool/400 95/NT and they DO NOT have the NetSoft NS/Router loaded.

If the user is trying to use the TCP/IP interface for WinSpool/400, have them enable the Use TCP/IP setting under WinSpool/400 Settings and then restart the WinSpool/400 program. If the user is trying to use the APPC interface, they need to make sure they have the NetSoft 32-Bit NS/Router or 32-Bit Wall Data Rumba APPC engine loaded.
