Use the following instructions for your WebDocs - Windows Edition upgrade.
If you encounter any problems, please contact Technical Support
Before You Upgrade
- Have your local administrator notify users that WebDocs will be down during the upgrade: this includes people using RJS Imaging Scan Workstation, users of the browser interface, Batch Import Utility and any else that interacts with WebDocs.
| | DO NOT SKIP THIS STEP. Make a backup of your existing web pages and database PRIOR to proceeding with an upgrade. |
Upgrade
1. Download the appropriate update file for your version of WebDocs from the list below:
Post Upgrade
- Verify that signing on to the browser interface works.
- Upgrade any RJS Imaging Scan Workstations to the current release.
