WebDocs - iSeries Edition failing to view files in Internet Explorer

Problem:
Either
WebDocs, upon clicking an icon or 'View File' in IE7 loads a blank window. Happens usually with .pdf files.
Or
WebDocs, upon clicking an icon or 'View File' in IE begins to load something and nothing happens.

Solution:
Either
Change *DTAARA DOCPROMPT to *YES
Or
This happens when the DOCACTIVEX *DTAARA is set to *YES. Change it to *NO and it should work.
