Download and install the WebDocs Batch Import from the following link:

Listed below are the basics for use:

1.) Start the program from the WebDocs program group and create an input directory from the "Table Entry/Edit Directory Monitor List" screen.

Required parms: Dir Name ODBC Name/User/Password WebDocs User/Password After Processing Option: Set Read Only/Move or Delete or NOTHING if all unchecked.

2.) Create a directory import setting for the selected import directory from the "Table Entry/Edit Directory Import Settings" screen.

Required parms: File Directory (Matches Dir Name from Step 1.)

Include file filter - *.* to include all files. IMG* for starts with *.TIF for ends with IMG*.TIF for starts with and ends with.

Doc Folder: Bring up image server and get a folder list and view the tree source to get the folder key. If you don't put in a folder, the document will go to Orphaned Documents which only an Admin user can see. Then you can manually assign to a folder. (Will be adding the keys to view soon.)

Doc Type: Go to document type maintenance and view source from browser to get doc type key. (Will be adding the keys to view soon.)

Doc Title: Document title.

Doc Keys 1 - 10

If *RDXVALUE is used, the keys will be pulled from the RDX file.
