WebDocs fails to launch but download meter shows

Problem:
User has enabled the DOCACTIVEX data area for downloading and viewing documents without the Open/Save dialog in the web browser.
When clicking a document icon and trying to view a document with the WebDocs ActiveX control (RJSITETFR.OCX), the download meter shows but no document launches

Solution:
There is a data area in the RJSIMAGE library named MAINURL. This data area must be set to the base URL for the main WebDocs site.
Example URL settings:
If Main Full Login URL is: http://1.1.1.1:1080/imageserver/doc100r?action=init
The MAINURL data area must be set to: http://1.1.1.1:1080
