Installing WebDocs iSeries Workflow Client

Please follow these instructions carefully to install WebDocs iSeries Workflow Client. If you experience any difficulties, you can refer to WebDocs iSeries Workflow Client's Troubleshooting page or contact Technical Support.

NOTE: If you are installing on Windows Server 2003 please read these instructions first.

Before You Install

Prerequisites	Corequisites	Upgrade	Optional
There are no software products from RJS that must be installed first prior to the install.	Corequisites may be installed in any order and must be present prior to running the application. WebDocs - iSeries Edition	This product requires the following upgrade to be applied after the base installation has completed. WebDocs iSeries Workflow Client Upgrade 1.0.12	There are no optional software products for this application.

Installation

These instructions install version 1.0.11 of WebDocs iSeries Workflow Client

Step 1: Download

Download WebDocs iSeries Workflow Client from RJS.

Username = *********
Password = ***********

Step 2: Begin Install

As an Administrator, run webdocsiseriesworkflowsetup.exe. You will be presented with the WinZip Self-Extractor message.

Step 3: Confirm

Click the Setup button to extract installation files/programs. Please click next to continue installation.

Step 4: Select Destination

Click OK to continue setup of WebDocs iSeries Workflow Client. You will be prompted to select a destination directory. Either click Next to accept the default installation directory or choose the desired destination directory.

Step 5: Install

Click Next to commence installation.

Step 6: Finish

You will receive an installation success message. Click OK to complete the installation process. Please continue to WebDocs iSeries Workflow Client Upgrade

After You Install

If you are not already licensed, please read the licensing information and contact Technical Support. Feel free to search the documentation and troubleshooting help or ask Technical Support for any questions you may have.

The WebDocs iSeries Workflow Client installation you have completed performs a base install. An upgrade is still required to make your software current. Please ensure that the WebDocs iSeries Workflow Client upgrade has been applied.
