Problem:

Web Browser doesn't respond when trying to access the Web Report Server

Solution:

In Internet Explorer 4.0 go to the "View/Internet Options" menu and select the "Connection Tab". Uncheck the "Access the Internet using a proxy server" setting. Internet Explorer 5.0 should have similar settings.
