WinSpool/400 Batch Report Server settings for using MS Exchange Report Server

If a customer wants to use the MS Exchange Report Server software to publish reports, they need to install the following items on the PC where the Batch Report Server is currently installed. They also have to enable the settings listed below as well:
PC General Setup Requirements 1.) User must have Microsoft Outlook 97 or above installed on their PC. 2.) User must create a Public Folder under the All Public Folders entry in Microsoft Outlook
Software Updates Required 1.) Download and install the Version 6.0 Windows Common Control OCX files from the following web site: http://www.rjssoftware.com/FILES/v6ocxupd.exe 2.) Download the Batch Report Server V2.0.71 update from the following web site: http://www.rjssoftware.com/FILES/rjsbchup.exe 3.) Download and install the MS Exchange Report Server from the following web site: http://www.rjssoftware.com/FILES/rjsexchange.exe
Batch Report Server Settings Required 1.) Start Batch Report Server and go to the "File/Settings/Options" tab. 2.) Enable the "Enable Send to MS Exchange Report Server" setting. 3.) After saving the settings, by clicking OK, exit and restart the Batch Report Server program. 4.) From the "Edit Output Directory List" screen, enter the following settings to route reports to the selected Exchange public folder: Output to MS Exchange - Enable this setting. MS Exchange Profile - Enter your MS Exchange profile. If you don't know your MS Exchange profile, open MS Outlook and go to the "Tools/Options/General" tab and look at the "Startup settings" to determine your profile name. You can also enable the "Prompt for a profile to be used" setting if you cannot determine what your MS Exchange profile should be. MS Exchange Folder Path - Enter the MS Exchange public folder where you would like reports to be stored.
