WinSpool/400 Doesn't Work After Reinstalling AS/400 Library

Whenever the AS/400 library for WinSpool/400 is reinstalled on the system, the Security Officer User ID should be used. If the Security Officer User ID is not used, it's possible that all objects for the new library will not restore correctly to the AS/400 system due to limited system authority.

ALWAYS make sure to use a Security Officer User ID when installing libraries to the AS/400.
