Installing WinSpool/400 Email Report Server

Please follow these instructions carefully to install WinSpool/400 Email Report Server. If you experience any difficulties, you can refer to WinSpool/400 Email Report Server's Troubleshooting page or contact Technical Support.

NOTE: If you are installing on Windows Server 2003 please read these instructions first.

This software must be present prior to running the WinSpool/400 Email Report Server installation. There are no software products from RJS that must be present in order for this product to work as designed. There is no upgrade necessary after installation. Only install this software if your process requires it. For clarification, contact Technical Support.

Installation

These instructions install version 3.1.48 of WinSpool/400 Email Report Server

Step 1: Download

Download WinSpool/400 Email Report Server from RJS.

Username = *********
Password = ***********

Step 2: Begin Install

As an Administrator, run rjsesr32.msi. You will be presented with the WinZip Self-Extractor message.

Step 3: Welcome Message

Click Setup to continue setup of WinSpool/400 Email Report Server. You will be prompted with a Welcome message. Click Next to continue.

Step 4: Select Destination

You will be prompted to select a destination directory. Either click Next to install to the default installation directory or choose the desired destination directory.

Step 5: Begin Install

Click Next to begin the install.

Step 6: Upgrade to latest version

You will receive an installation success message. Click OK to complete the installation process. Please continue to WinSpool/400 Email Report Server Upgrade
