Problem:

I have WinSpool 98 installed and it worked fine, but when I installed Office XP WinSpool 98 wouldn't Email After the Download. It said that it was emailing but it would seem to get stuck.

Solution:

Download and install the Version 6.0 Windows Common Control OCX files: http://www.rjssoftware.com/FILES/v6ocxupd.exe . This seemed to have solved the problem.
