WinView/400 is not part of the START/PROGRAMS drop down menu

In some situations the WinView/400 software will not create the program group for the WinView/400 icons. We have not been able to recreate the problem. The best solution to try is to have the user shut down all Windows programs and then attempt to run the WinView/400 installation program again.
