Problem:
Spool file downloaded and converted successfully. No file exists in the desired output directory on the PC. No popup error when Display Error Messages enabled. Separate login account used for reporting purposes did not have full control on the directories and the OS was denying the write.

Solution:
BRS was logged in under another account in Windows 2003 Server that had all privileges (Read, Write, Modify) enabled but not Full Access. Enabled Full Access for the account being used for BRS and the reporting was successful.
